Terms of use
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, valleysrising.com. By using it, you accept them. They don't cover the Valleys Rising game itself: see The game below.
Using the website
You're welcome to browse the site, share links to it and download the files in the press kit. Please don't try to interfere with the site, overload it, or get into any part of it that isn't public.
Our content
The text, pictures, video, logos and other material on this site belong to Valleys Rising, apart from the fonts and icons named at the foot of each page, which are used under their own open licences. You may use the logos, screenshots, trailer and descriptions from the press kit to write about, review or stream Valleys Rising, as long as you don't change the logo or suggest that we endorse you. For anything else, please ask us first.
The game
Valleys Rising is available from Google Play. Your use of the game is covered by Google Play's terms of service and any terms shown in the app. Descriptions and pictures on this site show the game as it is at the time of writing; features can change between versions.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Google Play and the Information Commissioner's Office. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. We're not responsible for any loss that comes from using it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit our responsibility, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Trade marks
Valleys Rising and its logo are ours. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions about them are welcome: see how to contact us.
